Complete structural analysis and design of a mid-rise RCC building on a compact plot. Efficient column layout, optimized slabs, and code-compliant detailing ensure safety, economy, and smooth execution on site. Deliverables included models and reinforcement drawings for hassle-free construction.

This project posed a geotechnical challenge due to significant soil undulations within a compact plot. Hard murum was encountered at 5 ft depth in the front, while the rear end revealed hard rock at 10 ft, demanding strategic variation in footing levels. I led the structural design for the entire building, including customized footing solutions to accommodate these variations. The design underwent senior review and was approved without revisions.

A G+1 Office Building designed using a multistorey mezzanine structural system, located in Raipur, C.G., with plan dimensions of 26.29 m × 10.19 m and a clear floor-to-floor height of 3.0 m. The structure, with an approximate steel weight of 38 MT, is engineered to deliver a compact, efficient, and functional workspace solution.

The structural design was kept clean and straightforward, ensuring seamless coordination with the architectural vision. Emphasis was placed on minimizing beam offsets, aligning structural elements with partition walls, and ensuring easy execution on site enabling a smooth handover from design to construction without revisions

Led a comprehensive structural audit for an industrial facility at Tata Autocom Systems Limited, focusing on safety evaluation, defect diagnosis, and performance assessment. Delivered actionable insights and repair strategies aligned with code compliance and long-term durability.

Though the overall structure was simple, special attention was given to integrating the pool within the built-up space without affecting the structural balance. The foundation and slab design around the pool were optimized to prevent differential settlement and to accommodate waterproofing requirements ensuring long-term durability and comfort for the users.

A Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) designed as a Multispan-2 (MS-2) frame with lean-to extensions, covering a plan area of approximately 54.86 m × 51.71 m with a clear height of 7.62 m. The structure utilizes optimized bay spacing (7.62 m and 6.10 m) and has a total steel weight of 106.85 MT, delivering an efficient and practical industrial solution.
